Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocation: Multiple locations within Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery CountiesStatus: Full-Time, SalariedSummaryGod’s Glory, Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to support individuals receiving residential services in accordance with PA 6400 regulations. This role is responsible for coordinating assessments, supporting Individual Support Plans (ISPs), supervising service delivery, and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and complete required assessments Participate in ISP development, implementation, reviews, and revisions Serve as Plan Lead when applicable under PA 6400 Ensure ISPs are implemented as written and services meet individual needs Supervise, monitor, and evaluate services provided to individuals Support community integration and individual communication with families and supports Train and support direct service staff on ISP goals, documentation, and regulatory requirements Review documentation and records, including ISP and incident reports Participate in on-call rotation and monitoring activities Maintain effective relationships with Support Coordinators, families, and community partners QualificationsThe Program Specialist must meet one (1) of the following qualification criteria: Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university and at least one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism; or Associate’s degree or sixty (60) college credit hours from an accredited college or university and at least four (4) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Additional Requirements Knowledge of ODP Chapter 6400 regulations preferred Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to travel to program locations as needed Skills & CompetenciesComputer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) Ability to use web-based training and documentation systems Other Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of waiver programs, PA 6400 regulations, and residential service delivery Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete tasks according to accepted quality standards Pay & Benefits Competitive salaried position Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Health insurance Dental Insurance Paid training and professional development opportunities 401(k) retirement plan On-call compensation
