Your Responsibilities: As the Associate Director for Sales Channels and Affiliate Programs, you will mentor and guide managers and senior professionals across various teams. Your primary objective will be to enhance performance through effective management of all sales channel and affiliate strategies, including the cultivation of the Business Development Representative (BDR) pipeline. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about driving strategic growth and showcasing strong leadership skills. Your Key Duties Include: Leading multiple departments to drive organizational sales targets. Managing a team of 4-5 partner managers focused on revenue generation through partnerships. Guiding Business Development Managers in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Providing strategic direction to managers and supervisors. Executing large-scale sales projects from start to finish. Building high-level relationships with key partners and industry stakeholders. Engaging in complex negotiations with leading channel partners. Effectively allocating resources to meet departmental goals. Analyzing sales data to continually refine strategies. Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Developing innovative marketing and sales programs to enhance partner engagement.
