University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare RN to provide exceptional nursing care to clients in Taylor, MI, and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized healthcare services in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to care plans.Assess patient health status and communicate with physicians and care team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and patient progress.Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and make appropriate interventions.Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.Experience in home health care or related nursing fields preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Taylor and surrounding areas.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
