Job Summary The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Analyze sales, prepare reports, and adjust operations as needed Lead by example and promote a positive team culture Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Restaurant supervisor or similar role Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and local regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
