We are expanding our services and seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and lead the growth of our aesthetic/med spa services.Position OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant who is passionate about the aesthetics field to work in a collaborative, patient-centered, boutique-style environment. The ideal candidate will provide in-office aesthetic treatments such as neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, and consultative services.ResponsibilitiesPerform non-surgical aesthetic treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, skin treatments)Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plansBuild rapport with patients and maintain exceptional care standardsEducate patients on skincare products and post-treatment careCollaborate with the medical director and aesthetics team to ensure compliance and best practicesAssist in promoting and growing our med spa offeringsQualificationsCurrent California PA license in good standingPrior experience in aesthetic medicine or completion of certified training in injectablesWarm, professional bedside manner and strong communication skillsSelf-starter with interest in helping grow a thriving med spa practiceAvailability 1–2 days per week (with potential for full-time as demand grows)PerksCompetitive hourly rate + performance bonusesFlexible schedule and opportunity for growthBeautiful Newport Beach locationSupportive and innovative team environment
