As a Shift Leader, you'll play a crucial role in training and guiding our staff to reach their full potential while ensuring a fun and safe atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage cash handling tasks including preparing cash tills, maintaining change funds, and preparing daily deposits. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and oversee event execution. Ensure all cashiers follow proper cash handling procedures and excel in sales. Oversee track personnel to guarantee races are conducted safely and efficiently. Supervise mechanical staff to ensure karts are maintained in optimal working condition. Enforce strict adherence to company policies while fostering outstanding customer service. Order and purchase operational supplies, concessions, and retail merchandise. Handle operational paperwork related to safety, payroll, and facility management. Assist in scheduling and maintaining clear communication among employees. Provide regular updates and reports to management. Ensure the operational feasibility of the center is maintained effectively. Uphold high standards of facility appearance, including storage areas and the parking lot. Coordinate with management to ensure swift performance of all facility maintenance tasks. Job Requirements: Ability to safely lift, push, and pull heavy objects regularly. Previous supervisory experience in fields such as Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Bowling Alleys, Amusement Parks, or Miniature Golf is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with availability on weekends and evenings. A background check is required before employment.
