We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.Job Summary:Our F&B manager would assist in overseeing a 200+ seat sports bar serving 3 meal periods daily, with live entertainment on weekends. Within the same space, we offer an IHG approved breakfast, both buffet style and ala carte. Finally, we have 11,000 SQ ft of event space, across flexible meeting rooms. We are capable of serving large events, into the hundreds, and often have multiple events going on at once. This person needs to be flexible and nimble, managing across multiple spaces. We have a strong Chef and Sous chef in place, so the focus needs to be on the Front of House operations. Emphasis will be on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and event space, executing IHG systems and standards, and assisting with the execution of events.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet budgeted financial targets Train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries to maintain quality and consistency Analyze sales and revenue reports and adjust operations to meet performance goals Coordinate special events, group functions, and holiday services with other departments Uphold brand standards and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications: Experience in F&B management experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Strong knowledge of food safety and liquor regulations Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, MICROS) and inventory software Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?We pay for your travelWork in unique locations across the U.S.Gain diverse experience and expand your networkBe part of a supportive, high-energy team that's as passionate as you areIf you're ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
