Administrative Coordinator San Antonio Regional Hospital Job Summary The role encompasses administrative coverage in the absence of Directors and is accountable for the management of operations and the supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff. Minimum Qualifications Education: See License and Certification. Experience: Progressive experience in nursing with a minimum of one years experience in a leadership capacity. Supervisory experience in dealing with personnel problems and human relations. A minimum of two years experience in an acute care setting is required. Knowledge and Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned. Demonstrated leadership skills through collaborative practice and time management skills. License/Certifications: Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of California. A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required. Pay Range $56.93 - $85.39 The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidates relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidates individual experience.
