A strong foundation in financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, is critical. Proficiency in accounting software and tools for data analysis will aid in managing daily financial operations effectively.Knowledge of federal, state, and local financial laws, regulations, and policies is necessary to ensure compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are paramount as you will work closely with the Fiscal Officer and the Township Administrator as part of the leadership team.
