At Cupertino Family Dental Center, located at 10055 Miller Avenue, Cupertino, CA, we are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Patient Care Specialist who shares our mission of providing comprehensive patient care. If you have 1-3 years of dental office experience and a passion for creating a positive patient experience, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Ensure an efficient and welcoming patient experience at the front office. Manage and optimize scheduling for multiple practitioners to meet goals effectively. Communicate with patients to schedule appointments and address inquiries. Collect and organize patient medical histories and insurance information. Complete insurance verifications and authorizations before patient appointments. Assist the financial team with treatment plan details and patient collections. Provide additional support to the back-office team when needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of Dental Front Office Experience (Required). Familiarity with Dentrix and Modento is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required). High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong customer service skills with a patient-centered approach. Results-driven with a focus on data. Team-oriented and collaborative. Eager to grow and develop within our practice. Reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient worker. Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Open to learning new technologies and processes. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30 - $35, dependent on experience. A vibrant and collaborative work environment. Schedule: This is a part-time position with office hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend availability is required.
