Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

National Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing ABA team in the Bethesda, MD area.This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work across home, school, and virtual environments with clinical support and a manageable caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA services and committed to achieving a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plansDeliver direct supervision and support to RBTs in person and via telehealthCollaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary professionalsMonitor data, evaluate progress, and revise treatment plans accordinglyEnsure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards Qualifications: Current BCBA certification in good standingLicensed in Maryland or willingness to obtain Maryland licensure within 30 days (required for clients credentialed through Maryland providers but seen in DC)Minimum one year of ABA experience with childrenExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsComfortable working in a hybrid setting Salary and Benefits: Hourly rate of $8 5 to $ 100Comprehensive benefits for full time employees include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, and more!Consistent caseload with strong administrative and clinical supportFlexible daytime schedule tailored to your availabilityHybrid model including in-home, school-based, and virtual workA mission-driven, team-oriented environment
