Job DescriptionJob Title: SAP Analyst Location: North Chicago, IL (Onsite) Hire Type: Contract (12+ Months) Target Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hour (depending on experience) Benefits: Full Employee Benefits Package (PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), ESOP) Job Summary: Seeking an SAP Analyst to support manufacturing and business systems in a regulated production environment. This role provides day-to-day SAP support to help ensure accurate data, smooth production operations, and alignment across manufacturing teams. This is a great opportunity for entry-level or early career candidates looking to grow their SAP experience in a hands-on manufacturing setting. Job Duties: Provide daily SAP support for manufacturing operations. Assist with production, materials, and maintenance transactions. Help troubleshoot basic SAP issues impacting operations. Support data accuracy and master data updates. Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve system discrepancies. Participate in testing, documentation, and change control activities. Escalate more complex system issues to senior team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0-3 years of SAP or ERP experience (internship experience welcome). Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exposure to SAP modules (PP, MM, PM, or QM) or manufacturing systems is a plus.
