Join our team as an Overnight Guest Services Manager, where you will be essential in fostering a warm and inviting environment for our guests during the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing a friendly welcome to all guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience during their overnight stay. Understanding and fulfilling guests' lodging and purchasing requests with enthusiasm and efficiency. Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly to enhance their visit. Registering guests and effectively managing the rooming chart to facilitate smooth operations. Handling payments through various methods including cash, check, and credit card with precision. Verifying credit card transactions securely while following established protocols. Maintaining an accurate cash drawer; counting and reconciling cash at the start and end of shifts. Generating and reconciling nightly financial reports to ensure all records are precise. Providing pre-arrival support and managing communications regarding special packages for guests. Staying well-informed about all critical aspects of our resort or hotel operations to deliver accurate information to guests. Serving as a key point of contact for our services and sales center. Collaborating effectively with resort associates to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
