Registering guests and effectively managing the rooming chart to facilitate smooth operations. Handling payments through various methods including cash, check, and credit card with precision. Verifying credit card transactions securely while following established protocols. Maintaining an accurate cash drawer; counting and reconciling cash at the start and end of shifts. Generating and reconciling nightly financial reports to ensure all records are precise. Providing pre-arrival support and managing communications regarding special packages for guests. Staying well-informed about all critical aspects of our resort or hotel operations to deliver accurate information to guests. Serving as a key point of contact for our services and sales center. Collaborating effectively with resort associates to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
