In this key leadership role, you will oversee the growth and development of the largest and fastest-growing Middle Market Technology Property & Casualty portfolio in North America. You will be tasked with: Driving strategic initiatives and aligning with company goals. Crafting innovative insurance solutions for enhanced growth and profitability. Evaluating underwriting performance and maintaining strong relationships with business partners. Managing talent development and succession planning for a high-performing team. Candidates who thrive in this role will possess: A strong vision for advancement in their career and readiness for a leadership position. Extensive industry relationships combined with sales and marketing prowess. A solid foundation in underwriting, particularly in technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have: A track record of progressive underwriting success. Expertise in commercial middle market Property & Casualty, Errors & Omissions, and Cyber products. In-depth technical knowledge of underwriting theories and practices. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse business partners. Strong leadership and management capabilities. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least five years in a management position. Professional certifications such as CPCU are advantageous.
