The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker with substantial experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, showcasing a strong M&A track record, particularly in the technology sector. You will be pivotal in driving corporate and business unit strategy, developing materials for board-level discussions, and conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses to bolster strategic decision-making. We are looking for someone with 8-15 years of experience, emphasizing M&A execution within software, SaaS, ad tech, or tech-enabled services.
