Position Overview: Applications Engineer - Plastics Division Lead the planning and documentation for our Ultrasonic Welding Application development projects. Provide essential technical expertise and support to our valued customers. Conduct technical training sessions and engaging customer seminars. Perform Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, and training for customer personnel. Deliver comprehensive technical support through various channels, including on-site assistance and in-house visits. Handle emergency services, including the timely shipping and delivery of spare parts. Requirements: Fundamental theoretical knowledge in electrical systems, pneumatics, and PLC control. A minimum of an associate's degree is required. Preferred: At least one year of experience in mechanical and electrical roles. Strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues. Familiarity with the automation machine industry is highly desirable.
