Essential Functions As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will perform various resident care tasks and associated non-professional duties aimed at ensuring the comfort and well-being of elderly individuals and those in need of assistance. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Carefully transfer residents to and from activities and meals as outlined in their individual service plans. Serve meals to residents in the dining area or their personal apartments. Document and report any changes in residents' eating patterns to your supervisor. Uphold quality service delivery in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: License, Registration, Certification Requirements: New York State CNA Certification, eligibility to work in the United States.
