Description Join the innovative Amazon Leo team, dedicated to creating a revolutionary low Earth orbit satellite network that provides fast, reliable internet to those in underserved areas. As we work to connect households, schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies with dependable connectivity, we are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support our Directors in Product Development. This dynamic role calls for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual. You will need to handle multiple critical tasks efficiently while demonstrating high integrity and professionalism when interacting with senior employees. Key Responsibilities As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with a global administrative support team, thinking ahead, and effectively delegating responsibilities. Managing complex calendars and scheduling needs efficiently. Tracking key deliverables and ensuring follow-ups on pending items. Acting as a liaison for direct reports. Organizing key team activities such as staff meetings, off-site events, and all-hands meetings. Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reimbursements. Overseeing special projects as required. Fostering a fun and engaging work environment! Basic Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading process improvements. Background in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The compensation for this position ranges from $82,700 to $129,800 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
