Market Research - Evening Shift

Call Center Representative We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. The hours are 12PM - 8PM Monday - Friday paying $19.00/Hr. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Proven experience in call center customer support to include sales, marketing research or equivalent combination Conduct telephone interviews to gather and document information (outbound calling) Ability to work in a professional environment Providing excellent customer service with proven metrics in past positions Able to communicate clearly and professionally to a variety of audience types Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Proven background with Microsoft Office Proven and proficient computer and typing skills Ability to follow instructions, comply with company policies and adhere to their schedule and scheduled breaks times Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner and adhere to our metrics Responsibilities and Tasks: Interviewing potential respondents over-the-phone 20-25 outbound calls per hour using a list of provided phone numbers Perform interactions over the phone using scripts provided Interact with business professionals around the U.S., screening and qualifying them for our research needs Providing background information to research participants and obtaining their willingness to participate Enter data from phone interactions accurately, quickly, and verbatim Masterson Staffing is a equal opportunity employer
