You will assist residents with essential daily activities, monitor their health metrics, provide emotional support, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care quality. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document vital signs regularly. Provide emotional support and companionship.
