LVN Substance Abuse Treatment

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Substance Abuse Treatment - Boerne, TX $29-$34 per hour DOE, plus shift differential. Overview A respected Drug Treatment Facility in Boerne, Texas, is seeking LVNs who are passionate about addiction recovery and behavioral health care. LVNs will provide direct support to patients undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Monitor patient vitals, withdrawal symptoms, and overall well-being. Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation. Support RNs and providers with care planning and patient education. Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and progress reviews. Encourage patients through therapeutic communication and recovery guidance. Qualifications Current Texas LVN license. BLS certification required. At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health, detox, or rehab preferred. Excellent communication, compassion, and attention to detail. Pay & Schedule $29-$34 per hour DOE, plus shift differential. Full-time Evening or Night shifts (8 or 12 hours).
