Join Our Growing Team at Lutheran Social Services! We are excited to expand our In-Home Recovery Services (IHRS) team and are in search of a dedicated Community Mental Health Support Specialist. This position is designed for those passionate about mental health recovery and community-based care while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Position Details: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM, including every other weekend. Competitive Pay: Up to $26/hour with $1.50/hour evening/weekend differential. Exciting Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus available! Your Responsibilities: Deliver medication management support in various settings, including homes, schools, and other community locations. Engage in recovery teams and contribute effectively to personalized service planning. Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation and records. Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions. Utilize your knowledge of counseling techniques, casework, and available community resources. Provide testimony in legal matters as necessary. Participate in staff development, training, and supervision sessions to enhance your skills. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records. Exceptional detail-oriented, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in community settings and managing crisis situations. Work Environment: Community-based role with daily travel throughout the Wausau area. Moderate noise levels; potential exposure to outdoor conditions during travel.
