Applicants must have a completed MSN and DNP, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role managing a BSN nursing program. A current RN license is a plus, and a master's or higher degree from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs, a strong background in direct patient care, and demonstrated leadership skills.
