Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Senior Principal Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and providing operational support for our diverse business segments. You will bring your expertise to multi-functional teams focused on process improvement, data analysis, and compliance. Your strategic direction will help prioritize initiatives and optimize resource application while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and vision. Business Process Analysis & Optimization Analyze and document existing business processes across departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify gaps, redundancies, and bottlenecks in workflows, recommending data-driven solutions for improvement. Program Management Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through execution, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to drive success. Monitor program performance, proactively addressing risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution. Navigate change management effectively to adapt to evolving business needs. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear understanding of goals and requirements. Facilitate meetings and presentations to gather input, share progress, and foster team consensus. Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and trust. Responsibilities Collaborate with divisions such as Finance, HR, Contracts, and Risk Management to ensure accurate transaction processing. You will collect, input, verify, and analyze data to measure performance against business objectives. Provide timely updates to management regarding budgets, deviations, and opportunities. Communicate corporate practices to ensure compliance and drive the implementation of new processes and procedures. Salary and Benefits Summary: Oracle offers a competitive hiring range from $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
