Job Description The Global Finance Operations Fusion Service Implementation Lead plays a crucial role in executing a comprehensive help desk solution across the Global Finance Organization. Reporting to the head of GFO's Fusion Service Center of Excellence, you will be at the forefront of coordinating multi-departmental initiatives involving OAL, product development, operations, and sales, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely advancements. In this capacity, you will assist in project planning and tracking, facilitate dynamic communication among various stakeholders, and manage dependencies and deliverables efficiently. You will collaborate closely with business analysts during the requirement gathering phase, support testing teams with test plan coordination and user acceptance testing, and partner with AI and automation experts to uncover and implement new efficiencies in support processes. Additionally, you will champion the adoption of standardized workflows and best practices within the Center of Excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and documenting lessons learned. Your proactive coordination skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication capabilities will be vital to achieving alignment and fulfilling project objectives within designated timelines and scopes. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between OAL, product development, operations, sales, and other stakeholders. Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage project dependencies. Process & Governance Establish and enforce standardized implementation workflows and best practices. Ensure compliance with security and quality standards at all times. Resource Management Collaborate with readiness teams to create training schedules and materials for end users and support teams. Change Management & Adoption Partner with the COE Project Manager to deliver consistent communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about project status, upcoming changes, and available support resources. Facilitate user training sessions, collect user feedback, and lead adoption initiatives. Issue Resolution Monitor project deployment health, escalate critical issues when necessary, and drive prompt resolutions. Compile post-implementation reviews and lessons learned reports to inform future projects. Qualifications & Skills Deep understanding of help desk applications and workflow design. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $41.83 to $85.63 per hour; from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
