Job Title: Business Analyst 5 Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Job Description/ Requirement: • 5 years' experience with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows.• 5 years' experience collecting and documenting requirements, preferably a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodology.• 3 to 5 years' experience writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories.• 3 to 5 years' experience with Microsoft office, including Visio (for process flow creation).• 3 to 5 years' experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
