Registered Dietitian - Part-Time | Woodstock, VA Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a 88-bed long-term care facility in Woodstock, VA. Highlights of the Role:Location: Woodstock, VA Schedule: 8 hours/week, onsite Duration: Open-ended Facility Type: 88-bed long-term care facility Start Date: June 2, 2025 Experience: LTC and MDS experience preferred (not required) Your Assignment Will Include:Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes Completing MDS - Section K Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA Requirements:Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks Why Work With Us?Nutrition That Works, LLC is a dietitian consulting company with a national reputation for excellence of over 15 years.
