Job Description

The President of Forza Commercial Real Estate provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the organization. This role oversees the Chief Financial Officer, Director of Acquisitions and Business Development, and Director of Construction, ensuring alignment across financial performance, investment strategy, and project execution. The President is ultimately accountable for profitability, operational excellence, and the successful execution of the company's annual business plan. Key Responsibilities:Executive Leadership & Strategy Partner with the Forza Strategy Team to establish and execute the company's annual vision, strategic priorities, and long-term growth objectives. Translate strategic goals into operational plans, ensuring alignment and accountability across all departments. Financial Oversight Provide executive oversight of the Chief Financial Officer, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and disciplined capital management. Review and approve annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and major financial decisions. Acquisitions & Business Development Oversight Lead and guide the Director of Acquisitions & Business Development in sourcing, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities. Collaborate closely with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to support all acquisition, development, and disposition activities. Construction & Development Oversight Provide leadership, oversight, and accountability for the Director of Construction across all pre- and post-acquisition development activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with investment objectives. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication Foster effective communication and collaboration across Finance, Acquisitions, Construction, and Legal teams. Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, transparency, and results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. 10+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial real estate investment, development, or asset management. Proven executive-level experience overseeing multiple functional departments. Strong financial acumen with experience partnering closely with CFOs and evaluating complex financial models. Demonstrated success in acquisitions, development, construction, and/or portfolio management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive executive compensation package.
