What You’ll Do: Manage a book of Employee Benefits clients, including both fully insured and self-funded groups. Serve as the main contact for day-to-day service, renewals, and carrier coordination. Partner with producers on client strategy, renewals, and retention goals. Oversee plan implementation, claims support, and compliance needs. What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of experience in an agency account management role. Strong understanding of self-insured benefits programs. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
