SVP of Compliance

Details: This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the program execution of the Bank"s Compliance Management System (CMS). This leader will be a key member of the Bank"s leadership team working closely with leaders throughout the Bank to identify and manage compliance risk, deliver operational effectiveness, and execute the Bank"s approach to compliance assessments of new products and services, significant system changes and critical bank initiatives. Manages a team of Senior Compliance Officers, Compliance Officers and/or Compliance Analysts Role is in office in Fargo, ND; relocation offered Job Requirements Details: Bachelor"s degree preferred; Minimum 10 years of regulatory compliance experience in banking and/or financial services; Minimum 7 years of management/supervisory experience. At least one of the following certifications are required Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification (CRCM), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
