Responsibilities Admissions Associates play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests. This role typically: Answers questions, provides information, and sells: Tickets Tours Memberships Process payments and ticket distribution Provides exceptional customer service to guests As needed this role: Assist with events or other duties as assigned Skills relevant to this role include: Ability to learn/use web-based computer ticketing system (Tessitura) Communicating effectively (verbally and written) in-person, via telephone, and email Work independently and with a team Handle cash and payments Ability to remain calm during peak times and higher customer volume This role must present a professional image in line with internal dress code.
