This role is primarily responsible for operating heat press equipment to apply transfers and graphics to garments, while also supporting general production and fulfillment tasks such as folding, pulling, and packing orders as needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate heat press machines to apply DTF, vinyl, or other heat-applied transfers according to production specificationsEnsure proper placement, alignment, temperature, pressure, and timing for each applicationInspect finished garments for quality, accuracy, and defectsFold garments neatly and consistently to company standardsPull garments from inventory based on work orders and packing listsPack completed orders accurately for shipment, including matching items to packing slipsAssist with order staging, labeling, and general production flowMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow production schedules and meet daily output goalsSupport other production tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothlyQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in apparel decoration, heat pressing, or production is a plus (but not required)Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standardsStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksCapable of lifting up to 40 lbsBasic math and reading skillsTeam-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethicPunctual, dependable, and reliableWork EnvironmentFast-paced production and fulfillment facilityExposure to heat press equipment and moving production materialsStanding and hands-on work for most of the shiftBenefitsCompetitive Pay: Based on experience and skill level.Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick leave, and holidays.401(k) Plan: We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, providing an excellent opportunity to grow your retirement savings.Professional Development: Opportunities for training and career advancement within ShirtHub.Employee Discounts: On custom apparel and printing services.
