Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Interim Coverage Location: Hillsdale, MI $80-100/hr Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an lucrative interim opportunity in the Hillsdale, MI area. This is an excellent short-term role with strong compensation and consistent weekday scheduling. Position Details: Location: Hillsdale, MI Setting: Acute Care, Skilled Nursing Unit, and Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Start: ASAP Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services across multiple care settings as needed Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Complete timely and accurate documentation within facility systems Support patient and family education related to therapy goals and progress Qualifications: Active Michigan SLP license required Acute care experience preferred; training available Experience with MBSS helpful Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a collaborative clinical environment Facility Details: Supportive training and shadowing provided prior to start Experience with common therapy and healthcare EMR systems is helpful (training provided) Dress code: Black pants or scrubs with any color top On offer: $80-100/hr DOE Weekly direct deposit Consistent weekday schedule Full support from Specialty Medical Staffing team If you are an SLP looking for an exciting and lucrative opportunity, we encourage you to apply today.
