Job Description We are seeking an experienced Program Task Order Manager to lead mission-critical support for Infrastructure Support Services in a dynamic, high-security Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Based onsite at Arlington, VA and the Mark Center, this role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and project management skills to ensure operational integrity, efficiency, and compliance across DISA's managed platforms. The selected candidate will drive infrastructure initiatives, manage change control activities, and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and operational readiness. You will also support DISA security by implementing physical controls, updating access control rosters, and providing strategic recommendations to improve service delivery and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Program Management Oversee daily operations, task order execution, and client communications Lead stand-ups, in-progress reviews, and high-level briefings with DISA leadership Submit administrative and financial status reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Deployment, Configuration & Change Control Manage asset status updates, configuration control, and lifecycle change management Oversee IFR Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) and decommissions Coordinate testing, installation, and acceptance of new technology and systems IFR (Infrastructure Facility Room) Management Act as key liaison for DISA customers, system administrators, telecom providers, and contractors Support infrastructure needs related to power, space, and telecom within IFRs Streamline access control and optimize facility use in line with DISA Security policies Project & Operational Engineering Define requirements for lifecycle replacements and upgrades Manage project timelines and deployment efforts per enterprise engineering standards Provide support for customer migrations and service enhancements Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent work experience) Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Minimum 5 years of Task Order and/or Program Management experience on DoD programs Proven ability to manage operational briefings, daily program execution, and financial reporting Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Background in infrastructure support and engineering within a DoD environment Experience optimizing hardware/software solutions for performance efficiency Ability to provide strategic input for future services, upgrades, and mission support Benefits Core Benefits: Paid Time Off PTO):TEN (10) Paid days off & FIVE (5) Floating days off.
