Job Description Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to provide substance use disorder treatment services at a correctional facility in Colorado. The ideal candidate will deliver professional behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, within a structured correctional setting. Job Quick Facts: • Profession: Allied Health • Specialty: Licensed Social Worker • Location: Buena Vista, Colorado • Facility Type: Correctional Facility • Job Type: Contract • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts OR Monday - Thursday extended shifts • Rates: $50 Requirements: • Current behavioral health licensure in the State of Colorado as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) • Minimum of one year of licensed clinical experience, preferably providing substance use disorder treatment Responsibilities: • Provide substance use disorder treatment services to incarcerated individuals • Conduct formal and informal behavioral health and substance use assessments • Develop individualized treatment plans to guide clinical care • Provide individual and group therapy services • Monitor client progress and update clinical documentation accordingly • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams • Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care • Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standards • Provide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff as appropriate • Any additional duties as assigned
