Job Title: Project Manager - (Service Now) Location: Tallahassee, FL 32399 Duration: 12 Months (Onsite) Job Description: The candidate will lead the enterprise-wide implementation of ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) module, ensuring seamless integration with existing ServiceNow applications and third-party systems. Required Skills: 5-7 years of experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, or enterprise risk management roles. 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, including at least 2 years working with ServiceNow GRC modules (BCM, Risk Management, or Policy & Compliance) Strong background in enterprise software implementation and integration projects, preferably with ServiceNow or similar platform technologies. Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving organizational change.
