As enterprises rapidly adopt cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, service accounts, and AI agents, traditional IAM systems are struggling to keep pace. This company is building an AI-native authorization and identity governance platform designed to bring clarity, control, and intelligence to complex enterprise environments. Trusted by high-growth startups and Fortune 500 organizations alike, they are positioning themselves as a new category leader in modern identity security. Backed by top-tier investors and led by an experienced technical founding team, the company is scaling quickly and looking for a founding-level product leader to define and drive the next phase of growth. What You Will Do As the sole Technical Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will partner closely with engineering and enterprise customers to shape the roadmap and define the future of AI-native identity governance. You will: Own product direction from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical feasibility, and business strategy Partner directly with security and engineering leaders at enterprise customers to deeply understand complex identity environments Define and execute the roadmap across hybrid environments (on-prem Active Directory, cloud IAM, SaaS applications, service accounts, and AI agents) Drive the evolution of the platform from startup velocity to enterprise-grade scale Collaborate closely with engineering on architecture, APIs, and extensibility strategy Lead category positioning efforts and help define what "authorization intelligence" means in a modern enterprise Operate comfortably in ambiguity, setting structure where none exists This is a high-impact role with ownership over both product vision and execution. Ideal Candidate Background 5-8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a highly technical security product Proven track record building and scaling 1-to-n products Strong experience in security domains such as IAM, identity governance, access management, authorization, or infrastructure security Comfortable engaging in deep technical conversations with engineers and customers Experience working closely with engineering teams to drive high-quality execution Ability to synthesize market dynamics, customer feedback, and technical constraints into clear product strategy Background in computer science or equivalent technical fluency You are energized by undefined problems, enjoy building platforms (not just features), and want to shape a new category rather than optimize an existing one.
