CDL Driver (Local)

Overview Join our team as a CDL Driver (Local) in Nash, TX! We are looking for a dedicated and reliable driver to transport goods safely and efficiently within the local area. Responsibilities Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to various locations within the local area. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records as required. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary info: $25 - $35 / hr
