Development Product Owner With IAM

Job Title : IAM DPO Experience Required - 7+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills IAM domain knowledge (authentication) Technical skills for writing API and UX stories Roles & Responsibilities • Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering o Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define clear, actionable acceptance criteria for all platform deliverables and document o Act as primary form of contact for MIAM development team ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives. o Document and communicate project timelines, updates, and dependencies to stakeholders through Jira and other collaboration tools. o Lead, manage or orchestrate activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements and validating metrics as appropriate for methodology and Enterprise controls o Own and maintain a prioritized work backlog for agile teams. Product backlog includes complete user stories with acceptance criteria so that they are consumable and testable by the Agile team or program. Prepare the business for the change and arms them with tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk. • Scrum and Agile Leadership: o Serve as proxy Scrum lead during stand-up meetings when the lead is unavailable, ensuring continuity of Agile processes o Drive agile best practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, story and feature demos, and retrospectives, to optimize team performance. o Have at least 2 sprints worth of stories refined for healthy backlog o Review and accept or decline output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been completed. o Collaborate with MIAM DPOs to share efforts for efficient practices of business delivery. o Escalate delivery risks and blockers as they arise • Platform Compliance and Security: Ensure Authentication and Identity platform adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and USAA's security policies. • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: o Monitor platform performances metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement o Work with the business process owners to develop metrics to manage and track benefits, adoption and risks to operations Drive initiatives in prioritization process to mature Identity and Authentication capabilities reduce latency, and enhance user satisfaction. Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to platform dependencies, technical debt, and resource constraints Deliverable timelines are based on prioritized assignments and due dates managed per project plans.
