Shift Lead - Part-Time Year Round!

Our incredible staff are the crown jewels of New City and we're looking for an aspiring leader to join our team part-time year-round as a Shift Lead at our Sudbury or Hudson location. Note: You must have availability to work 11am-4pm or 6pm, AND/OR evening availability 4pm or 6pm-Close, including weekdays and weekends, and be able to work 2-5 shifts per week.Your playground: Supervising Front of House operations Mentoring and training scoopers Opening and/or closing the shop Handling transactions and deposits Creating waffle cone masterpieces Maintaining the shop's allure Engaging guests and making them feel cherished Protecting company assets Adding value to the guest experience Requirements: Hands-on experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Mentoring and training prowess Communication wizardry for conflict resolution and team direction Strong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes. Your schedule: 2-5 Shifts per week, 12-32 hours/week. Daytime or Evening shifts available Weekdays, and some weekends and holidays As for the perks: Pay rate: $16/hour to start, plus tips (Tip game strong, adding $6-$10/hour extra to your pocket - varies by location) Love dessert, great company, and unforgettable experiences?
