PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace, solving industry challenges and executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.OverviewAs a Senior Analyst on the Data Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering advanced reporting and analytical solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing automated insights, executing complex analytical initiatives, and owning analytical deliverables from intake through completion.This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to build and maintain end-to-end analytical workflows, and a solid command of analytical storytelling and data quality practices. You will partner closely with Data Engineers, campaign and product teams, and stakeholders to ensure that reporting and analytics solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned to business needs.The candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, experience working within cloud-based data environments, strong BI and visualization skills, and the ability to clearly communicate analytical findings and recommendations.Responsibilities Own and deliver complex reporting and analytical initiatives from requirements gathering through execution and delivery Build and maintain data pipelines involving data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and automated reporting Develop analytical solutions across large and diverse datasets to support performance measurement and optimization Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights clearly and effectively Partner with campaign, product, and business teams to define analytical requirements and deliverables Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies Partner with Data Engineers to optimize data structures, pipelines, and platform capabilities Provide guidance and review work produced by Analysts and offshore resources as needed Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders at varying levels of analytical understanding QualificationsEducation: Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative field Preferred: Graduate degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related discipline Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analytics with proficiency in building automated reporting and analytical workflows Experience delivering complex analytical initiatives involving data cleansing, structuring, automation, and analysis Strong ability to investigate and resolve moderate to high-complexity data quality and reporting issues Experience working with large, structured datasets and relational data models Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analytical results and recommendations to audiences with varying levels of analytical understanding Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in AWS, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau with strong data visualization and analytical storytelling skills Proficiency with MS Office products, in particular Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot) Strong understanding of digital, media, or marketing datasets and measurement frameworks Preferred experience with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and social platforms Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Additional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
