Job Summary: As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a dedication to maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Assemble components and products in line with specifications and quality standards. Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality, adjusting as necessary. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment. Pack finished products for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards. The production schedule must be structured in a manner that maximizes production efficiencies with minimal downtime and still meets customer needs. Forklift Experience is a plus Reports to Finish Supervisor Previous experience with firearms safes is a plus Maintains good housekeeping in areas assigned Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Understands all safety devices and their operation. Notifies management if safety devices are malfunctioning or missing prior to operation Safely operates all lifting devices by manufacturing specifications QUALIFICATIONS Mechanically Inclined. Detail orientated Able to work in a team environment Strong interest in continuous improvement Strong work ethic Strong oral and written communication skills Leadership skills Problem Solver Pre-employment drug screening High school diploma or general education degree (GED) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lifting- Up to 50 lbs. Standing-8 or more hours per day Body Positions- Squatting, bending, flexing and extending both arms Grasping- Both hands, up to 8 hours per day Sitting- Occasionally Pushing Effort Pulling MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic mathematical skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication. Ability to read tape measure  WORK ENVIRONMENT Manufacturing facility - exposed to heat and cold Personal Protective Equipment is always required. Noise controlled environment.
