Provide 2x updates to production chief organization. Participate on IPMT, PIPT and tiered escalation activities. Provide weekly status to Production Chief organization. Coordinate long term capacity and rate readiness assessments, track actions to achieve rate. Provide weekly updates to production chief organization. Long term planning, risk identification, mitigation and SIOP activities to support program ramp and provide weekly updates to production chief organization. Coordinate and create material for internal and customer reviews (Production planning, SIOP, IQR, IPCA, etc) Prioritize and manage production readiness assessments; develop, track, and close action items to increase capacity and capability at suppliers Identify risks to supplier production ramp, continuing fleet sustainment, build mitigation plans, and drive actions to closure Up to 10% travel REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience as a process leader, industrial engineer, manufacturing supply chain, program/project management or a related field U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Prior experience with risk assessment and engineering changes Prior experience leading a team and managing constantly shifting priorities in a deadline driven environment Experience working with and interfacing with executive level management Ability to learn, adapt, and pivot as needed.
