MES Validation and Testing Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills MES, CSV, Validation, POMSNet Roles & Responsibilities • Should have solid Validation/Testing lead experience working for pharmaceutical companies. • Should have great communication, drive for results and coordination skills between internal team and customers across shores. • Should have good track record in managing teams to successful project delivery. • Should have good understanding and experience on execution and managing GxP projects and deliverables. • Should have hands on experience in POMS MES and integration systems testing and validation. • Should have solid experience in creating/executing best practices, guidelines, checklist GxP projects execution. • Worked in Life Sciences vertical both GxP and non GxP space. • Familiar with Life science business process flow at least in the Manufacturing space.       Overall IT Experience: 15 years + • Direct customer Stakeholder Management: 5 years + • Validation Lead Experience: 5 years + • Test Lead Experience with hands on testing deliverables: 5 years + • Hands On - POMS MES and Integration in Life Sciences : 2 years+ • Life Sciences Projects: 4 years+ with preference in experience working on Manufacturing/Supply chain • Solid understanding and driving CSV in Life Sciences customers – 5 Years+ • Good understanding on CSA and how to implement the same.
