Maintenance Technician II - 1st ShiftR&L Spring | Lake Geneva, WI R&L Spring is a family-run manufacturer with a strong team culture and clean facility. We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician II to help keep our equipment and building running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC issues Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility Assist with equipment installs, moves, and basic fabrication/welding Handle minor building repairs and order parts as needed Support 5S and continuous improvement efforts Follow all safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and work on equipment up to 480V Basic welding/fabrication experience is a plus PLC, motors, and controls experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools and standard measuring equipment Why R&L Spring 1st shift schedule Stable, growing company with a family-oriented culture Clean facility and team-focused environment Opportunity to grow your maintenance skillset This is a hands-on role requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working around active manufacturing equipment.
