Job Title: Solutions Architect Location: Plano, TX - Onsite Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Solutions Architect responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution architectures. Design scalable solutions covering application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams. Define solution standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. Support development teams during implementation and resolve design-related issues. Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements. Participate in architecture reviews, estimations, and technical decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6-12 years of experience in software development, system design, or technical leadership roles. Basic hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (admin, developer, or consultant role) Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and data design. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
