Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis. 10 years of relevant experience in construction management or related fields. Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders. Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members to maintain staff competence. Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility. Experience with BlueBeam software. Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques. Preferred Skills & Qualifications PMI or PMP certification. Experience with BlueBeam software.
