The Procurement Manager will lead and manage all procurement activities for a major international airport construction project. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor selection, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with aviation and regulatory standards, and delivering cost-effective purchasing solutions aligned with project timelines and quality requirements. The position requires strong experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport construction projects and contract management within a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to the following: Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with project scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare procurement schedules integrated with the master construction program. Identify long-lead items and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays. Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to define procurement packages. Prequalify contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contract conditions. Ensure procurement activities remain within approved budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking. Prepare procurement reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure alignment between procurement, engineering, and construction teams. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CIPS, PMP, MRICS) preferred. Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport construction projects. Experience working in regulated environments (aviation, government, or public-sector projects). One Team.
