Warehouse Driver

Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking a Warehouse Driver in the San Francisco Bay Area to maintain warehouse operations and deliver parts to commercial HVAC technicians. Impact - Support efficient service operations by ensuring technicians have necessary materials - Reduce customer wait times through prompt delivery of critical parts - Maintain organized warehouse environment that enables quick order fulfillment - Contribute to overall operational excellence and customer satisfaction Responsibilities - Deliver parts and inventory to service technicians at commercial job sites throughout the Bay Area - Pull orders for technician truck stock and prepare materials for delivery - Maintain warehouse organization including receiving and stocking inventory - Review delivery documentation and coordinate with dispatch - Load and unload HVAC equipment and materials safely - Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues - Assist with inventory management and cycle counting - Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatch, and warehouse team Requirements Must-Haves - Valid California driver's license with clean driving record - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle commercial HVAC equipment - Basic computer skills for inventory systems - Strong attention to detail and time management Nice-to-Haves - Previous warehouse or delivery driver experience - Familiarity with HVAC or refrigeration parts - Forklift certification - Knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area Compensation & Logistics Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, 401k, PTO, holidays, and company vehicle.
