Title: Creative Developer (GSAP & Motion Specialist) Rate: $50 to $55 on W2 Core Responsibilities • Complex Parallax Orchestration: Build multi-layered scenes where background textures, foreground products (PNGs), and UI elements (Text/Buttons) transition independently with varying speeds and directions (e.g., text moving left while the background scales up). • Scroll-Locked Storytelling: Develop a "Slide-based" architecture where vertical/horizontal gestures trigger precise, snapped transitions between immersive "eras." • Interactive Video Scrubbing: Link alpha-channel video playback directly to scroll progress, ensuring fluid frame-by-frame synchronization. • Cross-Platform Performance: Optimize heavy asset loads (Alpha WebM/HEVC) to maintain 60fps on mobile and desktop while ensuring the "Fit to Screen" (cover) logic works across all aspect ratios. Technical Requirements • GSAP Expert: Deep knowledge of ScrollTrigger, Timeline, Flip, and Observer plugins.
